Services

Nine services. One agreement. One team that answers

Take everything, or take the parts you are missing. What does not change is who picks up the phone, who owns the outcome and how it gets reported.

How it fits together

Three layers, and you can start at any of them

LAYER 01 — RUN

Keep it working

Managed IT, cloud and modern workplace, endpoint and mobility, procurement. The services that make the technology usable on an ordinary Tuesday.

LAYER 02 — DEFEND

Keep it safe

Cyber security, detection and response, Essential Eight uplift, backup and continuity. The services that matter on the day something goes wrong.

LAYER 03 — DIRECT

Keep it heading somewhere

Advisory and vCIO. The roadmap, the budget and the quarterly review that stop the other two layers from drifting.

Most clients start with an assessment, move to Managed IT and Essential Eight uplift together, then add detection and response once the basics are holding. You are not obliged to buy the stack, and we will tell you when you do not need something.

The agreement

Per seat, per month, no surprises

One agreement covers whichever services you take. It is priced per seat, billed monthly, and reviewed annually — not repriced quietly when your headcount moves.

  • No block hours. Support is unmetered within scope, so nobody hesitates before raising a ticket.
  • No lock-in beyond twelve months. If we stop earning it, you should be able to leave.
  • Project work quoted separately and only after we have told you whether it is necessary.
  • Your data and documentation are yours — exported on request, in a usable format, at any time.
  • Licences in your tenant, in your name. We manage them; we do not hold them hostage.
  • Exit assistance is written in at a fixed rate, before you ever need it.

Pricing depends on seat count, device mix and the state of your current environment. The assessment tells us all three, which is why we quote after it rather than before.

Not sure which services you actually need

That is what the assessment is for. Two weeks, a fixed fee, and a written position on your environment — including the services we think you can skip.
