Start with a conversation
Thirty minutes, no obligation, and an honest answer about whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will usually be able to point you at someone who is.
Tell us what you are dealing with
The more specific you are, the more useful the first conversation is. There is no wrong answer to any of this.

What happens next
- We reply within one business day, from a person, not an autoresponder.
- A thirty-minute call to understand your position — no slide deck.
- If it makes sense, a fixed-fee assessment proposal within a week.
- If it does not, we will tell you that instead.
Before you get in touch
How quickly will someone respond?
Within one business day for enquiries, from a person who has read what you wrote. For an active security incident, call — the phone is answered outside business hours and the enquiry form is not.
Will I be handed to a salesperson?
No. The first conversation is with someone technical who can tell you whether what you are describing is a real problem. We are small enough that this is not a marketing promise, it is just how few people we have.
What does an assessment cost?
A fixed fee based on your headcount, device count and number of sites — quoted in writing before it starts, with nothing variable. We will give you a figure on the first call rather than after a discovery process.
We are currently with another provider. Is it awkward?
It is common, and it does not have to be. An assessment can be run without your incumbent knowing, and we do not contact them until you have decided what you are doing. Plenty of assessments end with us confirming your current provider is doing a reasonable job.
